We know it's hard to step outside of your comfort zone.

Here are 5 ways you can take the first step into living the Granarly life you've always dreamed of:

1. Take A Walk

Start in your neighborhood! Take a walk to your nearest park or green space, grab a pen and some paper, turn your phone off, and let your mind wander. Think about the things that make you happy, where your mind drifts when you let. Think about the places you want to go, the things you've always wanted to try but are scared!

And guess what's next? Yep -- you got it... WRITE THEM DOWN! This leads us to our next point.

2. Make a Bucket List

“An idea not coupled with action will never get any bigger than the brain cell it occupied.” ―Arnold Glasow

Start making a list of all of the things that are living inside of your head! This is your first step in the right direction. They can't live in there forever.

Need some inspiration? Here's some on my current list:

- Step foot on every country

- Hike 5 14ers in the next year

- Go on a solo trip abroad

- Start another business

- Invest into some land

- Inspire 5 people to start something new

3. Put Together An Action Plan

Now that these ideas are out of your head and on paper, let's put together a plan! Y'all should know something... I am not the best planner. I like to be spontaneous. But setting goals really does help get you to the place you want to go!

Tips on Goal Setting:

- Start with the easiest and the scariest

- Ask yourself some questions like "How much will this costs?", "Can I do this today, next week, or next year?", "Do I know how to do this or should I seek advice?"

- Write down bullet point step under each dream and figure out when, what, how you can do these things

4. Start Talking!

Reach out to people you know and don't know! Ask a ton of questions. Engage with others. Ask friends to join you. Search blogs / TikToks / Reels / Instagram / Pinterest -- all the things! There are SO many resources and Google is our best friend. Learn from others! Put the ball in motion.

5. GO FOR IT

Just do it, honestly. Get out there. Don't be afraid! The worst that can happen is that you fail and try again and learn better for next time. It's okay to embarass yourself! It's okay to not get it right the first time. All that matters is that you give your adventures a shot, every single day.

And remember, we are cheering you on always!
Stay Gnarly ✌🏼
